The access to the river walking paths was perfect along with the views. the windows in the room will open. The English speaking staff were top notch and provided perfect service. The morning breakfast at top floor is the only way to start the day. Cheers

The staff is friendly. The location is just around the harbour and easy walking distance to promenade and Rhine tower. I would have liked more if the lounge view sky restaurant also had a restaurant section overlooking the harbour/ river. Unfortunately the restaurant section only has city view, so if you wanted to enjoy an evening with harbour view then you would have to opt for drinking options as that section is different than the restaurant section.

Poor Service & Stay

It was simply not good. The walls are not isolated leading to a lot of noise. There were also fireworks at 3am in the morning. The organisation of the parking is quite amateuristic and we were not allowed at the hotel skybar despite staying there. The skybar also looked like a renovated shisha bar

A depressing soulless experience. Awful.

A depressing hotel. Lacks any personality or level of hospitality. I stayed alone on a work trip and felt alone. The reception team couldn’t even look up from their screens to say good morning etc. Hotel already looks tired and worn in places. Top floor bar and restaurant had the same vibe as a back street 3 star hotel restaurant. I couldn’t wait to leave.

Lots of dust.

The room was extremely dusty. The overhead vents were filled with dust, the blinds were filled with dust, under the bed was covered in dust, and the AC vent was covered in dust. And this was with vinyl floors, that are suppose to be more hypoallergenic. I ended up with a sinus infection.

Disappointing

View was directly into the staircase of the building next door, which happens, however, the hotel doesn't have any private area's in these room type, so you need to make sure the blinds are down, most of your time in the room. Also there's 2 sets of blinds, one electronic that doesn't go all the way to the bottom which means light is always coming in slightly at night. A couple of mornings for me were noisy from the room above, I called reception and was quite bluntly told they will send housekeeping and hung up on me mid sentence. Separately housekeeping came in without knocking twice, even with the do not disturb notification hanging outside. Overall, I'd choose a better 4*.

Wir sind als Gruppe von sieben Frauen mit zwei Kleinkindern angereist und treffen uns nur einmal im Jahr. Daher war es uns besonders wichtig, abends gemeinsam Zeit an der Hotelbar zu verbringen, während die Kinder schlafen. Bereits über eine Woche vor Anreise haben wir telefonisch nachgefragt, ob Bar und Wellnessbereich geöffnet sind. Dass sowohl Bar als auch Restaurant geschlossen waren, wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt. Diese fehlende Transparenz hat unser Wochenende erheblich beeinträchtigt und Kosten verursacht. Wir konnten die Zeit miteinander nicht wie gedacht schön und friedlich zusammen genießen leider. Auch im Wellnessbereich gab es Probleme: Für die Sauna waren weder Bademäntel noch Slipper verfügbar – nicht einmal gegen Aufpreis oder im Premium-Zimmer. Für ein Hotel mit Wellnessangebot ist das absolut unverständlich. Besonders inakzeptabel war, dass trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage kein Kinderbett bereitgestellt wurde. Eine von uns musste ihr Kleinkind ohne Babybett im Erwachsenenbett schlafen lassen. Die Zimmer sind insgesamt sehr schlicht; das Premium-Zimmer bot zwar eine schöne Aussicht, war aber nichts Besonderes. Für einen besonderen Anlass stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht. Noch enttäuschender war der Umgang mit unserer Beschwerde: statt lösungsorientiert zu reagieren, wurden Ausreden gesucht. Die Lage ist gut, doch es gibt sicher bessere Alternativen. Für Gruppen und Familien mit kleinen Kindern nicht zu empfehlen

- Hotel insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen, vieles kaputt und die Sauberkeit nicht optimal - Mitarbeiter wirken eher lustlos - Parken direkt am Hotel sehr teuer. In der Umgebung fußläufig jedoch sogar kostenlos möglich -unser Zimmer war zur Lüftungsanlage des Nachbarhauses gelegen, ziemlich laut -Hotel ist eher hellhörig. Aufzuggeräusche - Buffet war aber ok . Aussicht während des Frühstücks ist wirklich schön, je nachdem wo man sitzt

Die gebuchte Suite war stylisch und gleichzeitig praktisch eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und vor allem die clevere Aufteilung im Bad genossen. So gab es trotz 3 Personen keinen Stau im Bad. Das Hotel ist in perfekter Lage vom Medienhafen, nicht unweit von tollen Restaurants. Definitiv weiterzuempfehlen.

Nicht empfehlenswert, da sehr in die Jahre gekommen, in Teilen runtergewohnte Einrichtung, recht planloses Rezeptionspersonal, das meine Zimmerkarte nicht richtig kodierte - ich als abends um zehn erst einmal noch zwischen Foyer und 10. Etage hin und herpendeln durfte - und entgegen der Suggestion bei mir keine Tiefgaragenplätze (mehr frei?, mir wurde hier nichts erklärt), sodass ich etwa 750 Meter entfernt in einer öffentlichen Tiefgarage parken und mit meinem Koffer einen tollen Abendspaziergang unfreiwillig antreten musste- das gleiche dann am nächsten Morgen nochmals (auch ein pures Vergnügen, wenn man geschäftlich dort nächtigt und entsprechend um 5 Uhr zu seinem Auto muss). Überdies starke Beeinträchtigungen durch die aktuell laufenden Baumaßnahmen. In Summe also: Danke, aber nein, danke
