The hotel room is clean cause they clean it daily. The hotel staff are very much welcoming and treat their guests nicely. The resort has a nice view of their garden. They have also an amazing restaurant and pool.

We really can't fault the accomodation and staff were helpful, the gardens are kept immaculately, but the area between the end of the drive and the walk to the road to the beach are disappointing, with rubbish strewn in the road and surrounding areas.By no means is the hotel at fault here but the area does need a 'tidy up'. Food options could be more available with snacks at lunchtime limited, my wife had recently been diagnosed coeliac, but options open to her were limited.

Lovely place with everything you need, close to the beach and restaurants. The staff were so helpful and nice, and the room was really nice. Maybe more of a place for people who like to have a DJ playing a few nights in the hotel bar than people with children or that want it quiet before 11pm. For us this was a perfect stay,

Worth every minute and more

Absolutely loved every part of our stay from the balcony in our room to the comfortable beds. The pool was outdoors and not temperature controlled but it was still very well kept and super clean. We still can not stop thinking about the AMAZING breakfast. It was included with our stay which isn't even mentioned here but it was a great added incentive and no other breakfasts have compared since our travels. I would go back to Albania just to stay here again, honestly. I have so much more to say because I really did love this place and the people and everything else it came with.

Solid option outside Durres

Very good trip. Everything was smooth and solid. The staff and the pool were the absolute highlights of the trip. Would not mind at all to go back and enjoy some more days at Olivias. Breakfast was good and coffee was always fresy made.

Good family hotel

Hotel was new and fresh. The pool was really good. Rooms had good standard and good water pressure in the showers and there was fresh fruit with breakfast. Hotel was also helpful with taxi and restaurant ideas. We used the laundry service but it got delayed so it only arrived when we left.

This hotel is slightly off the main tourist route so nice and quiet, yet easy to walk into Durres over the bridge. Lovely spacious room, however there were 2 balconies only one of which was usable as the shutters were broken and we couldn't use the sofa in the suite as it had been made up into another bed and as it was broken we were unable to put it back into a sofa. the pool area was clean with plenty of sun loungers. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice.

It is close—a 6-minute walk to one of the best beaches in Albania, a 20-minute drive to Durres, and a 35-minute drive to Tirana airport. There is excellent food around, and it is a peaceful and relaxing place—a mixture of city and coastal break. The staff at the hotel are fantastic. The reception staff are accommodating and communicate in both English and Albanian. I wish the hotel would have a spa (Sauna, massages) then there is nothing left. Recommend the hotel and place. We stayed at this property for our anniversary, the staff was very professional and friendly. Food/breakfast was fresh, tasty with different flavoured tea. Evenings are beautiful with lights all across, with live piano tunes by the pool. Ms Danela exceeded our expectations, decorated the room on our anniversary day. Thank you once again to her and the entire team at Olivia's hill. The only drawbacks is the beach is on the other side of the property, a 10 mins walking distance via the pedestrian bridge.

It was a nice 3 day stay, My girlfriend and I enjoyed the stay at Olivia’s Hill. Good service from the staff. The place was generally clean. There are also nice views and a nice pool area. A modest breakfast was included and any extras were quite affordable. I loved the Proximity to the Beach. However I did not like the two single mattresses on a double bed, I could feel the gap between and caused some discomfort.
