Basic apartment in Durres

It's a two star hotel apartment near the railroad in Durres 15 minute walk away from the beach. It's not in a quiet location as there are many neighbors making noise and many stray dogs barking. There's no regular and daily housekeeping and no water is provided in the room. The toilet and shower are very dirty. The staff is friendly though and there's free laundry service.
