"We chose this hotel because it is pet-friendly. The hotel's decor is very chic; the public areas, pool, and gardens have a Moroccan influence. To be honest, it is magnificent. However, the room is dated. Huge, with a huge living area and two bedrooms, truly amazing, just dated and a little tired.
I did not sleep because of the noise of the AC, and there was no light in the bathroom. That said, we could have contacted reception and had the light changed. We did not.

"We booked this apartment because we wanted the option of self catering and a terrace or balcony we could have breakfast on. The advert is cleverly worded and photographed to give the impression there is a usable balcony, with a city view. There isn’t, it’s the bottom of an internal light well complete with washing machine and water dripping from the air conditioning unit of the apartment above leaving a damp drains odour. "We had a wonderful stay in Granada. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, and in an excellent location for exploring the city. The terrace was such a special part of the stay — a perfect place to relax and enjoy the views and atmosphere of Granada.
