not on the usual tourist route, nevertheless a nice place to rest, quiet, clean, welcoming.

The are around it is not quite built up yet so its very isolated at the moment but in the future once the building work is completed it shouls be very nice. Currently I would recommend only using the hotel as a stop off point for traveeling to and from muscat / NIzawa / Salalah to break up the driving time. The views from the rooms are very nice. The pool area needs improvement and also the breakfast let it down. Deffinetly not at the 4 star status at the moment but on its way.

Hôtel agréable pour une étape

Pour une étape d’une nuit c’est un excellent rapport qualité prix. Cependant je trouve que et hôtel est mal conçu, les chambres ont une terrasse mais pas de siège sur cette terrasse, la piscine est à l’opposé du soleil cachée par le bâtiment du restaurant et les transats de la piscine tournent le dos à la mer et sont mélangés avec les tables du restaurant.Le bord de plage est horrible et pas du tout aménagé. C’est dommage étant donné la place disponible dans ce secteur. Une note positive à la restauration, très bon, personnel charmant et le prix est très abordable.

Leider war die Unterkunft sehr entäüschend, die Anlage steht in einer 2000 qm grossen Baustelle, der technische Zustand der Wohnung sehr schlecht. Das Frühstück minderwertig, das Abendessen war ok. Die Angestellten waren freundlich.

Excellent Hotel Apartment @ Duqm

At first when I went ahead with the booking I found that the price was quite exorbitant but due to limited availability, reluctantly went ahead with the booking. Little did I realize that it was a well equipped hotel apartment that is ideal for long stays and families. The bed was supremely comfortable, the health cub was a revelation, the breakfast was fabulous! The room was equipped with a microwave, washing machine, a table top stove, a refrigerator and sufficient crockery and cutlery. I was alone and staying just one night at that so felt it was wasted but in hindsight the cost that I paid was partially justified. All in all a very pleasant stay at a beautiful beachside property.

The hotel suited our needs as a stopover from Muscat to Salalah. It was clean and the staff was helpful. There is not really an accessible beach and the pool was too cold for swimming. Overall, it provided a nice clean room for my family.

Family stay, our best wifi in Oman

Very good proportion between value and budget. Best wifi in Oman. Fine breakfast. Equiped kitchen. Kind staff. Currenty the way from hotel to the side is a little bit strange but it is because the hotel will be expanded. Part of the guests are long term stays of employees of the companies building the rafinery in Daqm.

Excellent hôtel de type motel mais de luxe.

Excellente étape pour le trajet muscat salalah. Un service au top et des appartements de haut standing avec toutes les commodités. La mer est à quelques centaines de mètres mais la vue de l’appartement est splendide. Excellent petit déjeuner, service en chambre rapide et dîner conforme aux attentes ( surtout le lobster qui se succulent). Piscine peu profonde mais agréable pour un bon rafraîchissement de fin de journée Je recommande sans hésitation .

Perfect for a Road Trip Rest

This was an overnight in the middle of a coastal road trip. This is a great stopping point to break up the long drive and the hotel is reasonable price, comfortable and clean so that really is a welcomed sight after a long day in the car.

Perfect Place for Rest after Long Road Trip

The hotel is wonderful. Clean rooms, attentive staff, nice breakfast and the choice of 2 restaurants on the property. Sunrise view over the bay in the morning. There isn't too much to do in and around Duqm however it is the near middle of the route from Muscat to Salalah. Having a clean, comfortable place to rest & break up the drive is really wonderful. Highly recommend!

Very nice stay, will go back.

One of the best hotels that I have stayed so far in Oman. Checkin was quick, Parking is right in front of the room, the rooms are clean and well organized, food was good, service was excellent, wifi was good, kids play area is nice and the staff is friendly. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Great Chalets but forget the Evening Meal

The Chalet accommodation is very nice and spacious. We were unaware it was self catering until we arrived The staff were good especially on reception. No beach but not really an issue. Evening meal was rubbish but breakfast just made the grade. Would I stay there again, yes. Great place to stay on the way to or back from Salalah to Muscat. Bill the Brit.
