"First and foremost, the host, Filipo, was an extremely friendly, effusive, and informative man who gave us detailed information about Padova (in a packet that he had created back when he was a local high school student!). He ran the Casa Camilla along with help from his parents in a tight, heartwarming family operation. We stayed in an apartment 100 meters around the corner from the main home. "I had a great stay and would stay again. It is an awesome location. Beautiful view from my room. Very clean, relaxing room with a responsive host. I appreciated that they had complimentary umbrellas to borrow and it is right above my favorite Bistrot in Padua."

"Most important, the location is superb. Walk out the door and you are in the heart of Padova, which is a delightful place to walk around. The room is reasonably spacious. It is 18 steps upstairs, so no joke with suitcases. The bathroom and kitchen areas are very poorly lit. Otherwise lighting is good. Temperature and air systems work well."

"The location was awesome. Very close to the train station, and practically right in the center of the historic area. Modern amenities and spacious room. The staff were very kind and obliging. Taking out our own garbage was most definitely and apartment thing. Trouble getting hold of staff, not really having good quality room service all felt like...

"Rooms were a good size and very clean. Gym was very small. Close to the train station."

"Camera piccola, però pulita. La pozione comoda e facile da raggiungere."

"As booked, this was a well located city centre hotel. The room was OK, the breakfast quite basic. However this was not a usual hotel - it resembled a University style campus lodging house or part of an office building. Judging by the other guests, more likely the former."

"Molto vicino al Policlinico dove ero diretto oggi. Ho apprezzato il bagno e la quinta stella non l'ho data per il semplice fatto che il sistema di controllo della temperatura della stanza non è proprio perfetto."

"Ottima colazione!"

"Eccezionale rapporto qualità prezzo!"

"I stayed in this hotel for a conference in Padua. It is centrally located and a quick walk from the main station, as well as very close to the Capella Scrovegni where you can see Giotto's wonderful frescoes and the University of Padua. The room had a refrigerator, a roomy bathroom, and very comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful and accessible. There is a good breakfast as well. There are restaurants nearby as well as a market to pick up snacks, etc. Highly recommend, particularly as a...
