The team at Dunvegan castle opened their gates again for another great season on the Isle of Skye. The castle is now open daily from 10 am till 5.30pm until 16th October. There are plenty of photo opportunities around the castle, and you should add this spot to your next Skye itinerary as it's well worth the visit. I captured this view by my drone from the waterside last Saturday.

10/10 Excellent

"The rooms were spotless. First night Room 1 - The shower couldnt be used as the thermostat was not working and only scalding hot water was output. I was moved to another room for the 2nd night. First night I was on the 3rd floor and found the steps to my room were too steep for me to negotiate. It was unpleasant. 2nd room I was on 1st Floor. Molly? housekeeping staff was very friendly, and I appreciated her assistance."
