"Even though we were booked for two nights, the room was not supplied with any additional towels or offered during check in. Kids were running up and down the hallway most of the evening as well as riding the elevator to each floor. Management did not intervene nor did the parents who were taking up the entire downstairs common area with their party. Plenty of booze and late nights loud convo as the children ran wild. The TV was outdated, only cable and the bathroom in our room was clearly not...

"Was really hoping to like this place from the awesome reviews it had but I was not impressed. The only good thing I liked was the bed. It was very comfortable. I did not like how close the bathroom was to the bed. There was no door separating the bathroom sick area to the bed. My boyfriend was trying to sleep in while I was getting ready and as I was blow drying my hair it was like I was standing right next to him while he was trying to sleep. "The staff was awesome. They only had one working elevator and at the end the 3rd floor was not even able to use it. So staying for 8 days we had a lot of stuff and not having an elevator was not a joy. Thank goodness we are young enough to handle all the stairs. They need help taking care of the hallways and stairs area. That was dirty. I accidentally left $100’s of groceries and my collagen in a Hannafords bag in the fridge. I called back at 5:30-5:45 looking for it. They threw me it all...
