"We stayed here because our soccer team had a tournament in the area. We had a couple families stay and the price was much cheaper than hotels around the area. The house is beautiful and spacious inside. Has alot of upgrades. At first we thought the neighborhood looked a little off, but we had no issues at all with our stay. We have some other tournaments in this area later in the year and we will definitely be booking to stay here again."

"It was a nice home on Pendant Court in Kissimmee however the washer and dryer which i consider major amenities were both broken for the entire 5 night stay. Ran out of towels by night 3. Notified Swanky Vacay on the first day that the laundry drain was clogged the valves for the hot and cold water were both turned off when we arrived and both appliances were unplugged so obviously it was a known issue. 25 text messages and 5 phone calls later it was never resolved. I was told it was fixed...
