"During my one-week stay I had several problems with my key access to my room. I paid ahead of time for the full week my room access card would not work on at least 5 occasions. "This is honestly one of the nastiest hotels I have ever stayed in and i have stayed in some CHEAPPPP hotels. My first room had no ac, and black mold all over the bathroom. Then I got moved and the next room the toilet didn’t even work. The carpets in the hallway are disgusting and the laminate flooring in the rooms is peeling. I never usually complain but I was here for my best friends funeral and it was already a trying time just to be left in the nastiest hotel in Virginia."

"The restaurant was understaffed, and one (overworked) bar person was openly belligerent to customers. The other complained repeatedly (though pleasantly) about being the only person working. Since the property is not surrounded by other options for a meal, it made the stay disappointing.
