The rooms at this property were clean and reasonably spacious for the price. They are a little bit older. They have older traditional keys not electronic keys. The shower was as small as I have ever seen in a hotel room. I did appreciate that there was an apartment size fridge and freezer a bed and a futon in the room.

They have done a lovely job. I haven’t stayed in a motel for a very long time but will be going back here the next time I am in Duluth. The back area is just lovely and peaceful with the bbq areas, fire pit landscaping.

Comfortable and friendly.

The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was nice to have a fridge in the room. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The outdoor garden area was nice for an evening relaxing outside. We really enjoyed our stay.

I was a little unsure about staying at a “roadside motel” but during a recent trip to Duluth I was trying to find a pet-friendly budget stay. The hotel is close to the zoo and hiking trails and an easy drive into downtown. It’s very basic but very clean and had some of the softest sheets I’ve ever experienced! Room was cozy, having a mini fridge and a microwave is always a pleasant surprise. My only complaint is that there’s no curtain on the bathroom window which made me a little nervous. Overall a great stay!
