"I didnt like the bed bugs, or how the owner, rather than dealing with them and refunding, instead claimed i was lying, then that i brought them (this was my first hotel after coming from my home) refused to refund and made me crawl through hoops with expedia to resolve.
Thankfully i had kept my luggage closed the first night, and was able to heat treat it upon booking to another hotel in the area after checking out immediately..."

"La camera era pulita , bene attrezzata con frigo bar ,microonde piano cottura piatti pentole ecc.il personale molto discreto ,la posizione ideale a 500 metri dalla stazione ferroviaria , con fermate dell autobus vicine. Vi sono supermarket e negozi vicini.

"This property was not what we expected. Air conditioning was advertised yet it was only offered at an additional cost of 10 euro per day. We’ve not encountered this anywhere else we’ve stayed.
Expedia advertised that there was a fridge and clothes washer. Neither were present in the room. Not appropriate!
We were told that there a fridge in the office but that could only be utilised on request but not accessed after 6.30pm as the office would then be closed.
Our bedroom was sparsely furnished...
