"My husband and I both work in 4 star hotels, so we have very high expectations…This place was wonderful and just what our busy family needed! We stayed in the one bedroom unit on the 3rd floor and had a wonderful view! It was so great putting the kids to bed and still getting to stay up and enjoy a quiet night before heading to bed. "Very nice and helpful staff, location was perfect and in walking distance to the main road with all the shops and right across from the viewing tower. Lots of parking too. The room was nice and clean when we got there, there was a mini-fridge and coffeemaker in the room as well as a fan and heater. The beds were comfortable and overall we had a really nice stay. Will definitely return if we go down to Westport again in the future."

"Not crazy about this self-service hotel concept. Pull up to the place, no front desk, just another guest reminding us the front 2 rooms were hers. Okay, how do we check in? Look at the confirmation in Expedia, “an email will be sent to you with check in details”. (No such email) it was nowhere to be found (and yes, I know how to check a spam folder hahaha) So I call them, get some condescending operator and a text message with a door code buried in it. "Very clean, hot water, recently updated and a short walk to the beach. Headed to the Olympic Peninsula the next day. Great spot to stop after a day drive. Restaurant and store right around the corner!"

"My wife and I slept on the 1st floor, and we could hear loud footsteps from the guests directly above us. These bottom floor rooms really need to be retrofitted with resilient ceilings. Also, the duvet cover was too warm for July. I had to ask for a separate blanket at from desk, and I slept much better. The staff were very helpful and my wife and I enjoyed our stay."

"This hotel offers a great smaller and quiet option in Ocean Shores with walking access to the beach, shopping, restaurants and the Events Center. The 2 Queen rooms are smaller but very clean and beds comfortable. Did not use any amenities- no comment."

"I really loved how the room was set up. The bed was super comfortable. Location was perfect. My only issue was how thin the walls were. When the guests showed up in the room next to ours, we could hear everything going on. We were woken up several times by their phone going off. It was like we were all in the same room."

Pet area was ok, people not picking up their dog waste, but also no dog waste bags available, but I bring my own wherever I go. That’s not on the hotel, but maybe better having more doggie bags available and dog waste bin not full."

"We had a great time. The grounds of the resort was well kept. Like other people said wifi is spotty but my phone worked just fine upstairs in the loft. The pool/hot tub/sauna was great! The amenities offer also boat rowing and a pool table which we thought was great! We we definitely be back!"
