I noticed later in the day after we had left that I lost one of my AirPod in the bed. I called right away and the gentleman told me that he would leave a message with housekeeping. I am now back home, 1900 miles away. I...

"This is the first Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed at that I felt I went back in time to 30 years ago. This is so outdated I’m shocked that IHG puts their name on this property. Needed remodeled 20 years ago. The coffee looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Was so dirty I left without showering. I’ve been an IHG member for almost ten years and this is the first time I’ve ever seen this. So disappointed that I paid for this online otherwise I would have left."
