It was a small space, as expected but very quiet for sleeping and the A/C worked well! It felt private and safe. Breakfast was also great! Staff was accomodating for storing luggage after checkout.

Rooms are in need of a little upgrade. Location was excellent. Breakfast was a nice perk. Had a problem with the shower door not working properly. Staff was attentive and could not change our room so offered free lunch or dinner at their restaurant in compensation. Appreciated the customer service.

This was our third stay and it only gets better. First class Hosts and staff very friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Food is superb and can't wait for visit number 4.

The room could use some attention (loose outlets, akward layouts). However, the rooms are also a connected to the Orhan restaurant just around the building which faces the ocean. This inlet has spectacular views, excellent service and incredible food -making it all worthwhile. It's breathtaking! The site is a 3 min walk to the old city, to busses, taxi and food services.

The view & location of the property is fantastic, and the breakfast is very good. However the actual room was very disappointing. Old furniture; crowded space; no wardrobe hangers; mould in bathroom & not great shower. TV would not work, even asking for help with it. Overall there are better places to stay, though the view is fantastic. It was okay for a few nights for the convenience, and staff were very helpful; but this place relies on its restaurant and the wonderful views, not the actual rooms!

Negatives: The shower head was broken and sprayed water all over the place. Room didn't look like the photos. Was told they don't supply hand soap when I asked for some. Breakfast was not a buffet as advertised. Positives: beautiful location, great air conditioner, fairly comfortable bed. Staff provided me wine glasses when I went and asked for them to open my bottle.

We picked this place for the ideal location, it is walking distance to everything. The room itself could use serious improvement, the ceiling in the shower was peeling and the couch was extremely outdated and worn down. The bed linen looked old and in need of replacement. Basic toiletries like hand soap for the bathroom had to be asked for because it was not provided. We also had to ask for a blow dryer which we were given and a clothing iron which we were not given. They also advertise breakfast but when we arrived the staff looked confused and annoyed. They didn't have anything ready for breakfast. In stead of sharing what they served, they asked us what we wanted. It seemed unorganized. A/C worked fine. The location is what sold this place. Maybe next time I would stay somewhere else

The breakfast was very tasty, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. A standout highlight was the extraordinary view from the breakfast terrace. One thing to note is that both breakfast and check-in are located around the corner from the main hotel address.

We liked the spacious rooms we had, but found the property quite hard to find and confusing about checking in. I wish they had warned us that we could not bring our car into that part of the city without being fined. The beds were good, kitchen was handy, restaurant was great. Our host was Denis, who was quite an enjoyable character. Only complaint was the bathrooms were VERY musty, one did not have hot water, and the shower head did not stay up. But we did enjoy our quaint place down the cobblestone path.

It was a great location, room was nice and clean. We had an issue with the shower, the water did not drain and shower did not spray. Wife was unable to wash her hair for the days we were there. If you a shower longer then a minute or 2 the water would flood the bathroom floor.
