"Hotel staff excellent! They will hold your luggage until your room is ready. The only negative experience we had was from the buffet breakfast. Ran out of food. Not enough staff on hand. The “hot” food they did have available was cold. "

"Our check in went smoothly and the front desk agent could not have been more competent! Thank you for the option to add on breakfast, the buffet was plentiful and had a nice variety. Walking to the train stop made it very convenient to get downtown. The only issue we had was confusion on how to control the room temperature. Some instructions could have been useful."
