"We enjoyed the neighbourhood and the character if the hotel. The staff were pleasant but not as helpful as in other places. We felt like an inconvenience when we had questions. Maybe it was very busy?? "

"Peaceful and quiet room, very clean, spacious for the three of us, room service every day, front desk staff ALWAYS helpful and friendly, great restaurant/bar. Only things to be aware of: sometimes the parking passes for the garage do not have the full amount of entry/release times and need to get new ones from the desk Parking spaces are VERY tight and difficult to maneuver into for someone not used to this kind of driving "

"Really nice really clean hotel but practically in the middle of nowhere for visiting Dublin and no local shops or amenities, disappointed that there were no snacks to get in the hotel so if you hadn’t eaten out then you had no options "

"Most everything was very good to excellent. I would recommend that the hotel provide somewhat bigger desktop fans for air circulation & cooling. Updating their in room charging outlets for phones etc would also help many travelers."

"Our stay was excellent. Room size was quite tight for two people and luggage. No chairs to sit, suitcases had to be opened on the bed and stood in the corner when not in use. Excellent location to several quays, Temple bar, immigration museum, and other attractions. "

"We stayed overnight for a concert so convenient to the 3 arena approx €20 to the 3 arena and in a convenient to local shops etc.Would happily stay again although being woke up at almost 1am by reception telling us we had ordered room service and a €5 charge to pay when nothing was ordered was the only down side as l couldn’t get back to sleep sadly "

"Excellent hotel within easy walking distance of major attractions in the heart of Dublin. Room was on the small side but extremely well designed with excellent bed and shower. My only complaint was the window in our premium room with city view was much smaller than the in the marketing photos and was not worth the extra cost."
