"Don't justify the price. The two entrance rooms are the staging for the photos, the rest of the hotel is good, not fabulous. The price is for a high standard. Breakfast is cooked at the moment but really grease. "

"The location is great for exploring Dublin, and the property was charming and secure. We stayed four nights. The first couple of days were great. However, on the third morning there was no hot water, and they hadn’t replaced the toilet paper. On the fourth morning we woke up to the air being out and our room smelling like sewage. We traveled with another couple, but they did not experience what we did with their room."

"We were very pleased with our stay at the Ashling hotel. Everything was very clean, the bed was particularly comfortable, and the towels were luxuriously thick. Their breakfast buffet had many delicious choices and there was even free ice cream available in the lobby. My only complaint was with the low capacity flushing of the toilet. I don’t think any water was saved when multiple flushing was required."

"Amazing breakfast and good value. Everyone on staff was courteous and Mahan in manager staff and Saul in the dining room were especially terrific. Improvement needed with soundproofing of windows, between rooms and with doors to hallway . Loudness of sounds out front of the hotel, in the hallways, with room doors slamming forcefully, and walls between bedrooms were more than normal and disturbed sleep. Lack of bathroom usable outlets (shavers only) should have been updated years ago. I'll give...
