Great and reasonable place for a short stay in Dublin. Walkable distance to downtown attractions and dining. Located directly across a bus stop #41 going to Dublin International Airport. Would stay here again.
Great location and great value. Staff could have been more friendly and communicated better. Mattress in room awful definitely needs replaced and room is small. Otherwise good overall for what I needed. Couldn't stay longer than the one night though.
Really great location, only a 10-15 minute walk to Temple Bar. Easy check in, friendly staff and a very comfy stay! It is a student accommodation and not a hotel, however if you’re booking with this in mind it’s literally perfect. It’s clean, warm, spacious, a very comfy bed and incredibly safe as there is student staff there to help you at all times. Would 100% stay here again

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Cleanliness
The reception staff were always friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself was ideally located and had a nice relaxed atmosphere. The level of security from accessing the reception to reaching your room was impressive and gave us peace of mind. The only criticism we have is that the room we stayed in was rather dusty and could have benefited from a more thorough clean before our stay.
The location is ok, a bit noisy as the hospital must be close by, lots of ambulances day and night! The room was small, with the bed up against the window! Great restaurant next door and the Luas stops about 200 mtrs away.
Miruna and Mia made the check in process smooth and helped resolve a minor booking issue with expertise and cheerful humour. For student accommodation, it offered great value, decent location and great cleanliness. Overall great value, but please do something about the Dublin weather!!
The staff at the front desk were very friendly. The accomadations are normally housing for Trinity College students. The room was very basic and small but very clean and met our needs for one night. The room was much cheaper than the hotels we stayed in during our trip. At the end of our stay, we discovered a common room with couches and basic kitchen facilities.
The property is a student residence that rents out dormitory style rooms during the summer.
I rented a private room with a private bath. The kitchen was shared.
As a solo traveller this was perfect! Very clean, friendly, helpful staff.
Great location, easy walking to the city center and
the bus stop to the airport is across the street.

Disliked: Amenities
Nice clean room with private toilet and shower in each room, great place to put your head down, small double bed, wouldn’t have been comfortable for 2 but great for single traveller, not tea making facilities or to but desk space and chair, wardrobe space, bring your own hangers. Great place for breakfast next door but unfortunately, closed Mondays and Tuesdays but their are other places to eat close by, very convenient , for city center, walking distance to O’Connell Street, Henry Street and Temple bar,

Disliked: Room comfort
Beware: Three quarter beds!
A short weekend trip to Dublin to watch Leeds vs AC Milan in the pre season.
Just needed somewhere cheap and clean to lay our heads.
The set up and rooms etc were all fine. But the three quarter sized beds are not ok for two people. It was super hot with no ventilation and not enough space.
I imagine it would have been fine for a solo traveller, but this shouldn’t be advertised as a double!

Friendly service. My room was missing loo paper, soap, lower bed sheet but these were quickly supplied. Facilities were satisfactory and clean given that this was student accommodation. Well situated in the city - we could walk everywhere.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
Staff were friendly enough and easily worked around getting the room and formalities
But area was dirty and unpleasant creatures cruising around.
And had muppets racing motorbikes up and down the street all night.
But obviously not the accommodations problem
Its not the Ritz but i didn't expect it to be. The room was small but clean. It was all I needed, somewhere to sleep and shower. It would have been nice if it was closer to the sights but the price would probably double then. So if you are looking for a cheap and clean place to rest your head at night I would definitely recommend it.
The property was perfect! The staff were very welcoming and helpful and my room was clean, spacious and comfortable - and everything worked (shower, etc.). The reception area was nice too, especially the swinging chairs! Just a nice place to hang out and vibe.
The location was perfect too: right in the heart of Dublin and close to Busaras, Connolly Station and buses to/from the Airport and Ferryport - so a great touring base. There’s also an Insomnia coffee shop next door, a restaurant called One Society downstairs and a Spar convenience shop across the road so all very convenient.
Yugo Kavanagh Court is university accommodation that is let out to tourists during the summer. It’s as good as any hotel but a lot cheaper!
