The room and the whole vibe of the hotel was exceptional. Its an island off the coast of Dubai and feels like your treating yourself from the moment you arrive on the boat.

Check-in, room problems, then issue with bag on boat transfer. They did locate the bag on boat, after searching. But there should be this level of disorganisuin.
