It was very comfortable , clean and roomy. The beds were comfortable, there was ample closet space and storage, and the views from all 3 terraces were spectacular. We were close to many attractions and locations and there is a convenient food strip about 2 blocks away. Staff was friendly.

Staff are kind and very helpful. However,, Aminities do need renovation, Small things like room water kettle, shower heads are rusty which was unpleasant experience for me. Facility does not offer plastic bottled water and they offer refilled glass bottle. To me that is not preferable due to hygiene concerns and water source safety.

Good place to stay

The hotel is very conveniently located. Dubai İnternet City Metro station is just nearby. No need for taxis unless you go outside of Dubai. The only problem I observed is the foul cigarette smell in the room.. although the room is a non smoking 🚭 room, obviously some people had smoked and the bad odour stayed inside. Called the reception to report the problem, they said they would take care of it and send room service. However, nobody came to check.

Location top, room with sea view got indeed a wonderful view. Housekeeping disappointed big time during this stay. They are friendly but don’t do much in the room. I’m not sure if it’s due to being short staffed or if they simply don’t care. They do change the towels daily and make the beds, but that’s about it. Cups, glasses and cutlery doesn’t get cleaned properly. The bathroom was probably cleaned once during 10 days. Definitely not how it should be done in a 4* hotel. This used to be a wonderful place to stay, now it gets more and more disappointing every time I come back. What makes it worse, that I did give feedback during my stay, but things just aren’t getting better. I suppose management doesn’t really care. Judged by the staffes reactions I would say they get negative feedback on a regular basis.

The room is a bit tired and desperately needs a renovation, this ia along with the communal areas throughout the hotel. Location is great though
