Front desk staff has little patience with guests. Hallway has a funny smell, I suppose because of the carpet but they don’t seem to bother about it. Housekeeping staff were kind, but left only 1 towel per day per room (we were 2 people staying) and they got upset if I asked for another one. The room size is fine, but the bathroom had mug in walls and seiling was leaky all the time. Every morning I woke up with back ache because of the matress and the window has no protection, you can open it widely and jump if you want to. One day I ordered a beer at the bar, they withheld my passport because the credit card machine was unavailable and didn’t want to charge it to the room. Cheap price for a cheap place.
Its was my first time experience with st George hotel dubai, was very bad, and will talk about website room shown very clean and tidy, when reached at hotel booking was not in hotel system.
Finally receptionist mr. Rakesh provide us room, and room was very small, its a waster of money to stay here, no hospitality no room service menu,

I like the location and other activities they had like various bars. But some areas in the hotel weren’t as clean as other average hotels. WiFi is terrible and my iPad was giving me warnings that the IP address isn’t registered and someone might try to steal my information. The stuff aren’t helpful in resolving issues like when the WiFi was down.

Excellent customer services plus good location right next door to a metro station.
Önskade early check in, late check out.

Honestly, I was a bit nervous about it before I stayed there after reading some reviews online. But after showing up and settling in, I found it was a very nice 3 star hotel in Dubai. It is older and some things are a bit out of date, but honestly it was pretty well maintained. The bar/restaurant downstairs was nice and reasonably priced and full of interesting people. The night clubs were similar to any small night club in Europe or the US. The hotel was very thorough in making sure that nothing innapropriate happened with the girls at the club, so no big deal their either. Overall I had a very pleasant stay and would not hesitate to reccomend this hotel to anyone looking for a budget stay in Dubai
Smelly. Old furniture. Don't know what kind of AC in the room but it sounds bad and pushing air like an air craft. Breakfast ends earlier than usual. Old junky TV and the remote doesn't work. Old Towels with old bathroom. No coffee maker for a room that I paid 217$. In the ref drinks may cost u a fortune. Tissues quality might be the worst and cheapest in Dubai. Almost all night long I heard loud shouting coming from the front street, thx to the night club at G floor. I don't recommend this hotel unless it costs u 30$ per night.
one of the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Location of the hotel was inconvenient. Although the parking was complimentary underground but exit of this parking would lead you into a series of alleys and inside the hosh posh market area and you would have to drive 10-15 minutes to come out of the busy and conjusted alleys. so the approach to this hotel was painful. Surroundings look good on map but practically it is not pleasing at all. There was always a very loud music going on all throught he night and you could not avoid it no matter which floor you are staying the loud music was everywhere and the cigarette smoke and odor would follow you each and every corner of this hotel. Along the reception there is a bar which has all weird looking visitors and girls in all sorts of weird dresses and I t was not difficult to figure out what sort of guests it served. The only good thing about the hotel is that they served an average quality complimentary breakfast. given all that the breakfast alone would not make me visit this hotel again. Please stay away from this hotel. In this price I bet a much better hotel can be availed. This hotel is not worth the price at all.
