I was sent to a wing in Novotel, and I got upgraded. Great service, kind staff, superb breakfast and nicely decorated reception with a Japanese restaurant as an option for dining.

Overall, everything was good. The hotel and the staff were excellent and very professional. However, there was a noticeable damp smell in the room. I would recommend the hotel, and I hope attention will be given to this issue.

Location is very good (around 10 minutes walk to two metro stations, Insurance market and Mall of the Emirates station. Reception staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast wasn’t that good and the room furniture and fixtures were fully deprecated!!!

it’s walkable distance to mall of the emirates, if this is your reason of traveling, staff is great extremely helpful and friendly, instructions were clear and convenient facilities. I always add this hotel on my layovers

Small but decent room - needs to be updated. Great location, only a 10 minute walk to mall of the Emirates. 24hr carrefour express next door. Nice neighborhood to walk and explore. The staff force (literally make you pull out your phone) you to write Google reviews and mention their names which I didn't like at all.

I recommend this property to other guests. During our 6 days stay when we requested something that we need, the staff delivers it in just few minutes. Location is convenient. We walk to the mall few times. Staffs are very courteous.

This was our first time in Dubai, and we stayed here on a 14 hour layover. The hotel was clean, tidy and the staff were all very welcoming, including the maid that was working on our floor when we arrived. The hotel was very close, about 11 minute walk to the shopping centre Mall of the Emirates, where there was a variety of priced shops. We also visited Jumeirah Beach which was a 14 minute uber ride to see Jumeirah Burj Al Arab. The Sea was lovely and warm and well protected by life gaurds. We also saw the Burj Khalifa also a 12 minute uber ride away. Unfortunately we only drove past the Museum of the future and the Dubai Frame on our way to the hotel. If we had more time then we would had visited both. There are plenty of eateries very close to the hotel and in the hotel. As we had a 3 am flight we were not able to visit the breakfast room which was also included in our stay, but im sure it would have been well presented like the rest of the hotel.

The rooms were more than adequate and clean. Hot shower, coffee pot, fridge, and safe for your belongings. Restaurant on site was good and very reasonable. Walk to the Mall of the Emirates with Ski Dubai. The only negative would be no gym & pool at the hotel but you can use the adjoining hotels facilities.
