Wonderful new hotel near Jumeirah Rd with spacious and well-designed rooms, great views, delightful dining and an excellent and attentive staff. Particularly enjoyed the breakfast service and the outdoor pool area. Will definitely consider another stay there on future visits to Dubai.

Beautiful hotel, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, spotless rooms, the housekeeping was flawless and really flexible around our requirements. The food (room service and restaurants) was delicious and the roof top restaurant / bar had a great atmosphere for either dinner or end of the night drinks. My only disappointment was that the pool never had sun, it was fully in the shade all day everyday. Also, we paid for a city skyline view room, the view was breathtaking, however due to the development and intense work site noise happening on the road facing us, it wasn’t hugely enjoyable sitting on the balcony.

Executive suite review.

The executive suite was amazing to look at. However, the nice one in the pictures is near a noisy club until about 2-3 am, so if you sleep late no issues and the one with a more normal design though same size is quiet but loses the nice design. Staff are reasonable and became good/ great. Overall good stay.

Excellent stay

The (brand new) hotel is conveniently located, far from the bustling sheikh Zayed road, that can be reached by a 10 minute drive. The nice "La mer" beach is just across the street. The view of the skyline from the 5th floor is fantastic. The G floor restaurant is ok but overpriced. Numerous good restaurants are available 10 minutes away on foot. A special thanks to Miss Nadia for the quick, efficent and warm support.

The room is spacious. The only thing is that my room is not cleaned on the 2nd night. After I called, they quickly send staff to clean my room. Overall I am ver happy with this hotel.

Wonderful!!

Overall our stay at Hyatt Centric was wonderful, it started off a bit bumpy but the hotel made it up for that by apologizing since it wasn't our fault when we booked. Lilly was great. I was a bit hesitant because there's no buffet since we had kids. The A La Carte menu is very good, delicious, fresh food and our waiter Dua was great, greet us and even gave my 5 year a cinnamon pecan cake. The room were very clean and room service available twice a day. I would definitely be coming back to Hyatt!!
