I was really happy to have secured an early check in courtesy of Wilma who was very friendly and caring. I was given discounted breakfast vouchers and a very comfortable room with all facilities. I will definitely stay here again

It was our business trip. Would like to thank Jamila for all her support and making our stay comfortable. Excellent customer service. Breakfast is good and have lots of variety.. This is the first time I stayed in Holiday Inn although I have stayed in the area before in other hotels. The overall ambience of the property, facilities, convenient location and access to metro stations makes it highly desirable. I would like to call out Mr. Khurram from the reception and check-in area. He was very professional in making sure my check-in was smooth and I observed him interacting with other patrons as well. I hope to stay here again with my family in the future

Great Hotel Team! Appreciated!

The Holiday Inn Barsha Hotel is in a great location close to metro station and close to Mall of the Emirates Mall as well. The reception of the hotel and the back office, management team and housekeeping team is also very helpful and great to feel yourself at home instead of a hotel.

I loved everything. Staff were the highlight of our stay. Every need was met and exceeded. We looked forward to the breakfast every day purely to see the smile on the staffs faces at Gem Gardens. Alfred was amazing and lit up our morning with his genuine care for us and our 11 month old. Will definitely stay here next time we are in Dubai.

We arrived to a good happy welcome from Lin, she arranged storage of our luggage till we could check in. We were able to check in early and had a room on club lounge floor. Everything was spotless and very comfortable. We only ate breakfast in the hotel and were not disappointed, good selection of buffet food from different continents, food was tasty and hot. Staff were attentive and cheerful. The metro was a short walk away, which is very good value, as was the Mall of the Emirates. The hotel arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport, it was early, the driver was good and the car comfortable. Would recommend this hotel, the staff are brilliant.

Started on a high note of great check in and very good standards and services by staff to finding dead insects in Asian breakfast which was acknowledged by chef and presumably corrective actions taken to the Hotel suddenly showing a cheap attitude to charging AED 20 for empty plates and cutlery one fine morning out of my 9 nights stay for which I paid AED 610+ per night. That was the lowest point and spoilt the overall stay experience. Given a chance again i would not stay with them rather opt for Novotel Al Barsha barely 500 meters away

I had a complicated series of three bookings, based on a family member joining me for a bit, and had to make some changes. Khaled at check-in was extremely courteous and efficient in handling these. I see the gym is now 24 hours )

Nothing fancy

We stayed for 3 nights during our stay in Dubai. The hotel is basic, but the location was nice because it is close to both the metro and Mall of the Emirates. The room itself is dated and worn, but had everything you expect. Water bottles are provided in the fridge, but more would be nice because of the heat. It was very humid outside when we visited and our room always felt damp. The view was disappointing; we booked a city view and looked directly at a wall of the building next door. Also if you plan on hanging out at the pool it closes quite early; 7pm. It’s also next to a busy highway so you will hear car noise on the rooftop. The breakfast had a great selection. The staff was helpful in arranging transportation back to the airport when we left. Overall I’d classify this as a basic 3 star hotel.
