Great value stay in Dubai

Stayed here a number of times as I believe best value for family friendly 5 star hotel in Dubai. Room was great. Breakfast good. Pool area and gardens are excellent although there is now building works next door which look like will take years

Excellent stay at this fabulous hotel and the wonderful and friendly staff that support it who were so friendly and helpful. The room we were given was amazing with one of the best views of Dubai marina and the Dubai eye. Thank you for making this vacation a great trip

The staff make this experience, whether this is the house keeping staff, the restaurant staff or the front office staff, they are there to help ensure that your stay is pleasant and problem free. The only downside is the construction work happening adjacent to the hotel.

From start to finish, our stay couldn't be faulted. The staff were incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean and was a short walk from the marina and JBR, filled with restaurants. We used the spa, pool and kids club which was great. I frequently called to ask for baby milk, expecting to get charged at check out, but they didn’t! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Needs an bit of renovation for the prices charged

Hotel has very spacious room but is fairly dated. Confusing light switches, low water pressure (particularly from the rain shower), inconsistent water temperature. Dated furniture. There are better $500.night options in the direct vicinity. They could also do with a few extra reception counters.

Excellent hotel in a great location. All the staff were very friendly thanks to mayat in the club lounge who looked after us always smiling and friendly and aman on reception who checked us in. Will definitely be back soon
