We had a wonderful 2-night stay here! The hotel is modern and perfectly located, but the standout was the incredible service. The staff members were exceptionally warm and professional, truly going above and beyond to make us feel at home. From the signature warm cookies to the pristine rooms, everything was perfect. Fantastic hotel, our room was large and we had a partial view of the Burj Khalifa. It’s in a great location and walking distance to the Dubai Mall. The staff were very friendly and helpful, overall a very pleasant stay.

Really enjoyed our stay.Clean quality rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast options were of good quality and variety. Location was great in Business Bay as close to amenities and the main mall. Only improvement I would suggest is it would be nice if there were more premium TV channels available for such a stature of hotel to satisfy kids and adults while resting and relaxing in rooms.
