Ikke et sted jeg kan anbefale! Folk tog maden fra buffet med HÆNDERNE og ved påpegelse til personalet trak de bare på skulderene! Perfekt beliggenhed uden for byen ned til vandet, men ikke et ophold værd. 5 liggestole til poolen og meget lille gym. Kokken til omelet står med handsker og skriver på sin private telefon! Uhygiejnisk 😥

Excellent location and very friendly staff. However, the place looks like it was built in the 70s and then just stayed that way. The room was non smoking but still smells from the days when it was probably a smoking room.

This hotel is horrible , the staff is not friendly and the breakfast is not worth it. We wake up to find bed bugs in our bed we notified staff but they did not care at all. There was also black mold all over the hotel room and the bathroom was so dirty. Do not come to this hotel. I’m going to attach the pictures with the mold inside the bathroom. It’s not even worth $1 per night.they are true scam

Points positifs : Cet hôtel est bien situé à côté du mètro banyas et a 15mn du marché de l'or. Cet hôtel mérite une bonne rénovation tout est assez vétusté. A la piscine il y avait 3 transats pour tout l hôtel c est un peu juste. Le personnel est très agréable et gentil. La demi pension est assez similaire tous les jours pas trop de variété.

The hotel is in good area but what I don't like is that when we checked in, we had to wait for almost an hour after the supposedly check-in time which is 2pm. When they took us to our room, we had to wait outside because they weren't done cleaning, vacuuming and changing the beddings. The room was dirty. The bed is very uncomfortable. There's only 1 outlet for the coffee machine and the refrigerator so we kept on unplugging it between the two.

Arranged a late check out with the front desk, but on the day of check out I was called and asked to vacate the room with 10 minutes as other guests were waiting. When I then hurried and packed and checked out, and complained about it, I was just they just requested me to check out early and did not take any accountability of their action. Very rude lady in reception that day.

We had a good stay overall. The reception was good( fast check in) . Breakfast was our favorite during our stay. This hotel could benefit from a good renovation ( the carpet was old, with a bit of smell) Our bedroom had some humidity stains on the walls. Linen & towels were clean but very used. I would like to appreciate the staff; they were very helpful; particularly: aquid( housekeeping), Jimmy& Ismael.
