Great Value. Views from 35 floor to die for. Plenty of restaurants right in area. Easy walk to Metro. Even an onsite pub with cold beer:) Highly recommend.

Not a terrible place to stay, nothing extremely bad about the hotel in general it’s spacious nice and safe etc. however, had to keep calling to ask for toilet roll and towels etc as they were not putting enough in the rooms, they also don’t change the bedding to fresh bedding everytime they clean… you have to ask for them to put fresh bedding on. The shower is not very warm or nice to shower in as the pressure is not good. The staff are friendly and welcoming, it’s about a 40 minute walk to the JBR which we did not mind as it was a nice walk and we got used to it straight away.

In 2023 a simple internett connection is to be expexted, Especially in Dubai where use of mobile phones from Europe is imposible with the Charges for use of vell phones. Its mot a prizy hotell but high enough prize for things like that to be in order. Tried to Solve it since i needed it for work, The staff is kind and helpfull, but there is small bitstrøm and pieces that drags the hotell down. Beds are good, rooms are spaciuos but little old.

The staff was kind, and we were allowed to have a late checkout - that was very kind. When it comes to the negatives: many times the water in the shower was not even warm, it was not pleasant at all. One time we've called the reception to ask about that, but we've only been informed the hot water is not available during the night.. Moreover, despite of having 2 people in the room, the staff was leaving only 1 - each night we did have to call and ask for another one. Also, it's either the windows are not entirely noise proof or it is impossible to properly close them, because we were hearing noises coming from the street during the night.

No hot water. It was only lukewarm during the whole time of my stay. Did not get fixed after I spoke to reception. Had to ask for towels. Not a 4 star hotel. Carpet was stained and everything was very worn and damaged.

Scammers didn’t refund my deposit said it’s done come back to uk still pending and after 30 days the payment cleared and they didn’t refund. Stay well away from this hotel.

The breakfast was poor, everything was over baked and I ended up opting for eating elsewhere. Cleanliness is not at even a medium standard, the room I had was unclean, the bath leaked, and there was cigarette butts left on my balcony for the entirety of my two week stay, and they weren’t mine. I visit Dubai often and I know that standards are higher than this. Especially for the amount of stars this hotel has.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Wiped my face with an excrement stained towel, the room was dust-covered, filthy and had zero toiletries. Walls were thin and I couldn't sleep because I could hear the lift the entire night. Breakfast felt like a refugee camp's. I didn't use the gym because of rust on the broken equipment. I went with a large group that had similar experiences. One noticed that the laundry bag in her rooom was reused. All commented on poor housekeeping.

Fantastic stay for 2 . Mini fridge, clean kettle, bedding, toilet, bath tub, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, seating area, air con very cold also has heat option. Sobha metro station 10min walk if you walk through marina which is on Carrefour exit. Sobha walkable bridge open 24 hours 7 days a week to cross over to JBR or adventure using public transport. Very safe to walk and explore all the neighbouring clusters where road crossing walkable overhead bridges are available also open 24hrs 7 days a week.

JLT is a great place, lovely environment and views from the balcony rooms. Easy access by car with plenty of parking. It is also only a short walk into the marina. I’ve stayed in the armada towers 4 times and I would stay there again next time I’m in Dubai
