The hotel is a wonderful old oasis in the older part of Dubai. It is why we stayed there. Great Creek views despite ongoing construction on the Museum. If you like the old parts of Dubai as we do, it is ideal.

Rooms are generally well cleaned and staff is friendly. It’s a very busy hotel and is close to lots of dining options and shopping areas as well. This time my room’s shower was not working well. Very good hotel.

Everything was great. Especially, the stuffs were very professional and helpful. Saima at the front desk and Ismail for general service were great and friendly. Although my stay was short, I thoroughly enjoyed the time there. I'll certainly stay again.

Were were on 7th floor and hot water took ages to reach us - I have stayed several times there and now is dated and needs updating Lift were dirty I asked to sort out volume on my TV and nobody bothered I go to Dubai regularly for business but I don’t think I will book that hotel again
