"This hotel located 5 minutes away from the ‘Union’ metro station by walk. Also, big shopping mall is connected with the hotel. The shopping mall has many stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. All hotel staff members are very friendly and knowledgeable. I love the hotel and I will stay again when I go back to Dubai."

"We arrived at 3am and as we had reserved the appartment for the night before, we didn’t gain access until 4pm the following day. We had previously told the contact we would be there for 3am and they left us with nowhere to go in the middle of the night. Totally unacceptable and they ignored our calls and texts. They then made us wait till 3pm as they had things on. I really wouldn’t recommend this place again. They also took £500 as a cash deposit and as of yet still not returned the cash. I...

"Le silkhauss est idéalement bien placé . L’appartement dispose d’une petite cuisine , bien utile . Il y a une très belle piscine , bien agréable avec une petite vue sur le Burj Khalifa et building et buildings alentours. Le point noire étant dès notre arrivée , le ménage n’était pas fait .(l’équipe ménage est venu dès le lendemain matin). Et nous n’avions aucune carte d’accès pour l’ascenseur, donc pour se déplacer dans l’immeuble , étages , réception , parking et piscine ! Autand vous dire...

"Room had a slight mold smell to it, but covered by a strong deodorizer. Room always felt moist even with the AC off and window open. My husband caught a very nasty cold. Housekeeping came when they wanted to literally at 7pm. When I wanted them they never came. Came when I didn’t need them. Kitchen supply very limited. "The people who do the actual work make the stay here so much better. Sincere thank you to the valets, cleaners and restaurant staff that make the experience a million times better. Unfortunately we had to wait 2/3 hours to finally check into our room after a very long journey but we were upgraded and gifted a cake as it was my birthday. It still would be nice to check in and rest as soon as we arrive."
