"The whole hotel outside and inside was so outdated, dirty, grubby, dark and dull. Everywhere you went both inside the hoel and outside there was more dirt, smelling of damp and really neglected and rundown looking! On our arrival the room we reveived was the worst we have ever stayed in and I had booked the Superior room and the fact the hotel suggested it was a Superior room was a disgrace! A 3 minute drive to the quaint village of Luss and the local shops and restaurant made this hotel the perfect place to stay. The rooms were spacious with easy access to the beach and the restaurant served excellent food! We definitely would stay here again!"
