"This is the furthest hotel in the strip that leads into Pathos. It’s the nearest to the airport
Garden and pool areas are ok although not as good as most others on the strip. Rooms are functional and fairly bare. Breakfast is the usual standard buffet. Hotel staff mostly friendly. Nice indoor pool. Well equipped gym.
Most annoying are the constant rules to do this but not do that especially in the gym. Eg no filling your water bottle from fountains, only change dirty or wet towels every two days, no using phone on treadmill, wash before using faculties but don’t emerge wet, keep door open etc etc. The gym music is often turned up to 100 decibels I assume for the benefit of the staff.
These rules destroy one’s enjoyment of a hotel and holiday. Most are pointless.
The 10/10 ratings are mad. 6.5 / 10 is about right and as I open with, value for money is reasonable.
I might or might not stay again which is the ultimate test."
"The apartment complex itself is nice, clean, and has easy access, but unfortunately the communication and customer service completely ruined the experience for me.
The check-in instructions were extremely long and confusing, and all emails from the property went directly to my spam folder. They also did not communicate through Expedia, which made everything even more difficult. I only recovered the information after contacting Expedia directly.
The biggest issue was the €100 deposit requirement, which was never clearly communicated to me in any email. Instead of contacting me professionally to resolve the situation, they decided to shut off the electricity to the apartment. Waking up without A/C or power on vacation was definitely not pleasant.
When I went to the office, I was told it was “policy.” I returned with my credit card, and the employee asked for a PIN number. I explained it was a credit card, not a debit card, and her response was extremely rude and disrespectful: “Do you think this is the first time I’ve seen a credit card?”
The entire interaction felt hostile and unprofessional. Even if there was confusion, there are respectful ways to communicate with guests. The property itself has potential, but the staff and the way they handle situations need serious improvement.
I would say my entire experience can be described in one word: disappointment."
"It’s very substandard for a 5-star hotel and certainly not what I expected for £250 per night. The plastic flowers at reception were probably the first clue.
I’ve stayed in 5-star hotels in Greece before and genuinely loved the experience, so I do have a good comparison. Unfortunately, the breakfast here was very mediocre, and overall the hotel feels more like a cheap package holiday resort rather than a true luxury hotel.
I also had two spa treatments which were a complete waste of both my time and money. I chose not to complain directly at the time because I did not want the staff member to risk losing her job, as proper training and standards are ultimately the responsibility of management.
Overall, the hotel did not deliver the quality, atmosphere, or service I was expecting or paying for."
"I stayed here as as a (F) solo traveller for 10 days in May. The grounds and pools are great, l could always get a sun bed, anytime. The breakfast was fine and you can always find something you like. The staff are mainly hard working. I only had my bed changed once in tgat time and l had to ask for that to be done. When l asked a 2nd time, l came back to my room to find a folded sheet on top of the bed which l had to put on myself. Not what you really want on holiday. I do think that the housekeeping needs to be monitored to get a better outcome for their guests.
The hotel is easy ro get to, and located near lots of bars, restaurants & small supermarkets. There is also a Lidl & McDonalds nearby. You can also walk to the shopping Mall, The Tomb of the Kings, the beach, and last but not least , the bus station which is a 5 minute walk away and gives you access to many parts of Pathos. Would l stay again, absolutely! This is a little treasure and very economical. Thank you the Kissos hotel"
"Nice clean spacious apartment overlooking the sea. Central location with 15 min walk to harbour & all amenities. Didn’t use the facilities but the pool, cafe etc looked very nice. Highly recommend."
"Lovely staff rooms and areas clean.
Could do with some updating around indoor gym pool areas.
No indoor pool available. Gym equipment useable but needs a bit of a spruce up.
Hotel shop limited! Need more supplies for self catering. The nearest shops require a car to get to.
This is my 3rd visit and i will go back again."
"Stunning location, lovely Reception and balcony with view. Lovely pool, good gym. Lovely promenade and sea access. Nice room, slightly small. Misses a few key 5 * points - ordered a drink on arrival…once poured asked to pay as all inclusive check-in was 10 minutes later. Very strange. No pool towels distributed after 5pm - no discussion. Food distinctly average, white wine was terrible."
