"Casino, the room, the staff were great. I just did not like the part when I asked if I can get points in my Solaire card for the 2 rooms I reserved and paid for through hotels.com, the front desk person said no because those were booked through 3rd party. I really think they should still honor the reservations as way to earn points because at the end of they day, Solaire gets paid for those reservations."

"We stay at the Heritage every time we come to Manila. Close to the airport,shopping malls and eateries. All staff are friendly and most helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. We will be back mid January and I am certain we will stay here again for a night or two. "

"Didnt really walkaround the area but did go at the convenient store right outside the hotel. The hotel itself is simple but modern and very convenient. I had a good sleep and rest."

"This hotel was very nice clean. Staff where excellent. Only issue was the people in room next to me ? Come back to room 230 am loud music and then 4 am start to fight argue very loud. DRUNK ORHIGH I SUSPECT "
