"This hotel is absolutely fantastic. I was happy with every aspect. The room was spacious with plenty of closet space a a huge balcony with gorgeous sea views. There were plenty of convenient touches - a full length mirror, a drying rack on balcony for bathing suits, and plenty of counter space in the bathroom. "Wonderful property with incredibly helpful staff. We arrived before check in time but they greeted us warmly. Our original room had stairs which might be difficult for us to navigate at night so they changed our room. The new room wasn't immediately available but they quickly finished the cleaning for us. "We got a balcony like we asked for (though not guaranteed), and they allowed us to check in early when our room was available and clean. The room was nice, modern, and had just about everything we needed. The reception just downstairs was available at reasonable hours to accommodate however they could, whether that be extra towels or blankets. Oh, and the location is phenomenal, so close to amazing restaurants and bars (check out Lime), and the old venetian harbor is easily walkable (10-15min)!...
