"Wir waren als 3 köpfige Familie vor Ort. Ab dem ersten Tag habe ich mehrmals täglich versucht die fehlenden Handtücher oder auch Duschtücher zu bekommen. Nach 1 Tag bekamen wir für 3 Personen 2 kleine Handtücher. Die Duschtücher haben wir nie erhalten. Die Angestellten wirken eher uninteressiert ..."
