Hotel concierge Daniela was fabulous friendly and very helpful! She coordinated spa appt with really good tech. Daniela really made our hotel stay very comfortable and enjoyable. She was very sweet and spoke English. Hotel grounds are beautiful and historic portion next to hotel. Restaurant breakfast was fabulous delicious! Restaurant dinner was good however it was difficult understanding menu in French. We enjoyed the local Provence wines and loved this hotel!

Wunderschönes Hotel in toller Landschaft. Das Personal war aufmerksam und sehr freundlich, immer verfügbar und trotzdem dezent. Tolle Gartenanlage mit viel Schatten. Das Restaurant ist eine ganz klare Empfehlung: super Geschmack, super Qualität und tolle Zubereitung.

Les prestations ne valent pas un cinq étoiles, certains fauteuils extérieurs mal entretenus et rouillés . Je suis meme tombé d’un fauteuil à bascule en forme d’oeuf . Quant au restaurant je n’ai jamais de ma vie une serveuse se servir dans le bar où les bouteilles sont réservé à la clientèle et boire à la bouteille . Bref hotel trois étoiles maximum

Un hôtel qui exprime le meilleur de la France. Le personnel est à la fois très professionnel et très aimable. L’hôtel est d’une propreté méticuleuse. Arrivée à l’hôtel à 14h30, enregistrement rapide, les cuisines de l’étoilé ouvertes mais impossible d’ avoir un encas. Fort aimablement l’équipe Ducasse nous indique un snack dans la zone industrielle de Brignoles, pas vraiment le snaking au bord de la piscine dont nous avions rêvé, mais paraît-il le chef y pense et cela devrait se faire pour la saison prochaine ou la suivante car nous ne sommes pas les seuls à avoir fait la remarque. Piscine au cachet désuet avec ses matelas délavés par le soleil, sans service de piscine, prévoyez une bouteille d’eau! Serviettes de toilettes effilochées Rideau de douche à changer

A secret hideaway of calm and magic lights. This Hostellerie after unloading your luggage in front has you drive around to the left to its secure private parking. You then return to the hotel along a short walk past their garden and kitchen farm. Midst the trees scattered with sculptures and a fantastic cat. We stayed in the main building and it was quintessentially French country with a evocative touch of the past. Dinner and wine that we will never forget

Fantastic hotel, 4* service

I just spent three days in the hotel for a wedding in the South of France. Whilst the hotel rooms and facilities are fantastic, I feel the service at times fell slightly short of what I usually get (and am expected to get) for a 5* hotel at this price range: - no pool service whatsoever. Also the pool house building is a bit disappointing - the structure feels like a camp site - out of hours service needs to be improved - after the wedding on Friday night, we had to wait 30 mins before someone opened the gate for us to come in - no one bothered to help us (or any other guest) to put our luggage in our room at check in or back into the car post check out - lunch is limited to fine dining only. I find this slightly unusual given how remote the hotel is (and no options in the town). You would expect to be able to order a salad or a soup at least (!) As I mentioned above, the hotel really is lovely otherwise. The bed is wonderful, the rooms huge, turndown is great, the breakfast is fantastic and the grounds are picturesque. I didn't eat at the restaurant, however it was very popular for lunch and dinner and am sure it was great. I would definitely recommend it and I would stay in the hotel again. However, it did fall below my expectations given 5* rating/pricing.
