"The Ruby was awesome! It was very unique and quiet! The only thing to note is that there are only stairs, so if you cannot do stairs, that would be a problem. They did carry our bags up for us though! Great, relaxing stay! :)"

"The room had some grim in the kitchen and wear and tear on the furniture. The pull out sofa was terrible thin mattress and springs that dug into my back. The staff was friendly however due to the pool being down and being told from day one it was going to be fixed tomorrow and than on day 5 being told well we dont know when it will be repaired by the manager I felt misled. "Property was old, carpets stained, elevators would not line up properly with floors, Needs updating/remodeling. We stayed on third floor, traffic side of I-35. Pretty noisy. If I stayed there again, I would try for a room away from the I-35 traffic side."

"The only thing we liked was the location. No hair dryer had to ask for clean towels and sheets/towels were not changed daily. We stayed 4 days and the sheets were not changed until the third day. We think that sheets had been from previous customers because when sheets changed on third day, they felt crisp compared to the sheets on first day kind of damp cool. Will not stay there next time if there is a next time."
