"We had a great time staying y the wilderness at the Smokies. We stayed during the week so there weren’t any lines. Hotel was very clean. Family friendly. Check in was fast. Staff was friendly-more so in the stone hill lodge where we stayed than the river lodge. Shuttle bus was available every 15min to transport to the waterpark. The only downfall was we weren’t aware of the construction going on for half of the waterpark so that was a bit of a let down but we still had fun. Park hours aren’t. Very late either for it being a vacation spot so that’s the only other let down we had. Overall though, we’d book again soon."

" Clean room, hot breakfast and great shower. Fridge didnt get cold and no visible clock. Not ideal set up cause both fridge and microwave are in cabinet. "

"Great staff! Small hotel with plenty of parking just off the main drag! Nice clean rooms at an affordable price! Its nothing fancy but cant beat it for the price! Its clean and safe with comfortable bed! If your high maintenance guest this is not your place! But if you like personal space quiet with a great staff this is for you! Ive been staying here for years and love it!"
