"I left something and I called and spoke to someone and she told me that she was putting a note in the system for house keeping. When my sister went to get the item I left behind, it was nowhere to be found. This is the second time I have forgotten something and it not be there. Either someone is keeping the things that people accidentally leave or throwing them away."

"Our room was clean. Staff was very helpful, polite, and kind. Good breakfast choices.Hotel is located in walking distance of several fast food restaurants. The one negative is the hotel is located somewhat close to a fish plant of sorts and the smell of fish can sometimes be really strong. Otherwise very nice place to stay."

"The hotel is situated in a busy intersection so we heard sirens all night. When I arrived, the lobby area smelled clean and the staff lady was very pleasant. The elevators smelled a little weird. Upon entering our room, there was a dead bug laying on the ac unit. The carpets were stained with normal wear and tear so probably needs a good deep cleaning. "I reserved 4 rooms and all the rooms smelled like mildew. Carpet needed cleaning. TV did not work and sink was clogged up. All the bathtubs were horrible. Had to wear shower shoes in the tub. We stayed 2 nights and room service was unavailable for cleaning and replenishing the towels. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Wouldn't answer the phone for late check in for 2 solid days, so we had to crash at a friend's house. Unbelievable"

"The water in the hotel was brown and when confronte by the stuff they said thats just how it is around here. There was 1 washer and 1 dryer for the entire hotel and they were OUTSIDE!!! Not even small room for them to be inside out of the weather."

"Stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel was overall very good the only problem was we had to switch rooms because of a little mildew under the sink but staff let us switch immediately and everything was fine. Breakfast is decent. Recommend this hotel to everyone."

"Everything is fine except the policy for deposit. If you stay over you must start over. They cannot transfer deposit from day to next day an must return your deposit then start over. If you are unfamiliar with this stupidity (this is not the desk person fault) it's confusing because it is not logical it is stupid. It is to bad to see a nice property get a bad rap because of upper mismanagement."
