"We stayed at the hotel this past weekend for a friend's wedding, and it couldn't have been a better experience. If you’re looking for a stress-free stay, especially for an event, this is the place.
The biggest selling point for us was the proximity to the wedding venue. It was literally right next door—a two-minute walk—which made the transition from the ceremony to the reception incredibly easy.
We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was. We had plenty of "getting ready" space...

"IHG Member, had no rooms so I couldn’t check into room until late. Checked in, room was nice. Someone walked in my room. Apparently April didn’t check me in correctly even though a deposit was taken, and they assigned my room to another lady as well. She was just as startled. Went to front desk, took 10-15 mins to fix. No real apology just everything is fixed. Came back after work, keys didn’t work. At check in I wasn’t told about breakfast, workout room nothing. April didn’t really say anything...

"The hotel is close to the highway I45. However it is another hotel that blocks the Freeway noise. It is next to a great Mexican restaurant! Staff were very polite, professional and friendly. “Tyler” was the person we dealt with most. Breakfast was outstanding. The pool and jacuzzi are indoors. "

"My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and concerning. When I arrived to check in, the front desk employee was not wearing any shoes, which immediately raised red flags about professionalism and cleanliness. To make matters worse, I saw a live roach crawling across the desk among paperwork during check-in.
Hoping things would improve, I went to the room—but it was even worse. The bed comforter was visibly dirty, and the desk was sticky and unclean. I then saw another live roach...

"Alot of roaches. Exposed wire on the ac unit. Bed sheets were stained. I got a non smoking room but the sheets have burn holes in them .no microwave to heat food. Enter at your own risk."
