"After camping at Joshua Tree National Park, we wanted one night at a hotel so we could all shower before flying home. Because we are a family of five, we opted for this over one of the several run-of-the-mill hotels in 29 Palms, and I'm glad we did. The yurt was much more spacious than a hotel room. "I was hoping for natural mineral pools without chlorination, but even the private pools are at 5%. This left my skin dry and smelled strongly. They told me it is a California regulation that you must chlorinate, but that’s only true if they’re not circulating the water frequently enough. The property is a bit grungy and needs refreshing. There are better options in town. "

"Interesting concept. Really enjoyed staying in a modified AirStream without having all the set up and break down. You have to be ready to haul your luggage in a cart to your camper, but it wasn't hard to do. Appreciated the security offered by the entry gate. Lots of items for sale in the main building. Desk staff very friendly and helpful. "
