"We loved this hotel in Peterborough! Everything was comfortable and clean, I am pretty sure that it is a brand new hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly from check in to check out. We stayed on a ground floor river view room, it was so nice! We had our own little deck looking right out onto the river, where we could watch the sunset and the families of geese and ducks on the lawn. So sweet. "Great little place. No complaints. Had a nice breakfast with other guests that were staying there graciously provided by the host. Would definitely come back sometime. Expect a charming rustic vibe with comfy, contemporary TV/wifi set up. Breakfast was really great, everything pretty much felt at home, though we only stayed on night. Only weird thing was we had difficulty getting the bedside lamps to turn on."

"there was no hot water and when asked about this the lady at reception said she will let her husband know once he is back after 9 am ! the building is super old , washroom are shared between rooms , NO air condition ! there was a $50 resort fees ... FOR WHAT ??? we paid about $185 per night"
