"The front desk staff were extremely rude from the moment we arrived. There was no greeting or welcoming attitude whatsoever. When I politely asked if it was okay to check in, the only response I received was, “Yeah, can I see your ID?” with no courtesy or professionalism. Once we got to our room, we realized the blackout blinds weren’t working, so at 6:00 AM the room was completely filled with bright sunlight. "We booked 8 double queen bed rooms for a 3 night stay for our Family Reunion. Overall the stay was good. There were minor issues but the staff was very good for the most part at correcting and helping us on everything that we needed. On a couple of occasions the cleaning staff didn't get back to us on our request, like more towels or bedding changes, one time leaving the bedding outside the door with a note and another time we had to go get our towels from the front desk ourselves. "The area was good beds were clean but the rest of room was so dirty. Alot of moisture in the room beds, blankets and pillows all damp to sleep in. Had to ask for towels and soap. Breakfast was set up at 6 but we down there at 8 hardly any food left coffee looked like dirty water. Was not a real pleasant stay but at least we were only there overnight"

"The room and bathroom floors were extremely dirty, and there was a terrible smell as soon as we walked into the room. People were smoking marijuana in the hallways, which made the experience even worse. The shower curtain was covered in mold, and the bed sheet had a tear in it. Given the overall condition of the room, it was very difficult to trust that the towels and bed linens had been properly cleaned. I do not recommend this place at all."
