"We basically had this entire place to ourselves for two days, and felt like royalty at breakfast! The entire staff was great. The only "complaints" I had were that our room was a little dusty, and we had a leaky sink faucet that leaked all over the counter. Regardless, I would stay here over and over again! We stayed here for 2 Red Rocks shows, and the location was great. The small town that's closeby was also very cute and clean - easy access for groceries, dinner, drinks, etc. Loved our stay!"

"The staff was always cordial and helpful-WHEN I SPOKE TO THEM. At a Hilton, I'm used to front desk staff greeting me and, indeed, I was greeted when I first entered. However, we were there for three nights, and I was only spoken to when I said hello first. Despite not dealing with another guest(s) in-person, no one at the front desk looked up at all, until I spoke first. It was a little weird, really. One day, the clerk was on her cell phone and just didn't bother!

"The hotel was being renovated, and this was not noted on the Expedia Website when we booked. We checked into our room, unpacked and found that the TV did not work. They were unable to fix it and we had to move to another room - fortunately it was next door. We were traveling with other family members and had a total of 4 rooms - all of us had issues with our key cards not working and had to have them replaced a few times over 2 days. "The staff was friendly, but we didn't get room service any of the days we stayed (we were there 4 nights and did not ever have a do not disturb sign on the door). By the third day we were promised our room would get cleaned but it never did. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were quiet, the pool was indoor and nice."
