My stay at this hotel was definitely an interesting experience. The hotel is decent and conveniently located near the airport and downtown. There were a few frustrating situations, mainly due to communication and inconsistent information from staff. I was told braiders were allowed to come to the hotel, but later a housekeeper became upset when I had one in my room. I also had a few uncomfortable interactions with an older restaurant employee, including being asked for money after room service was delivered. At checkout, I was also told I had an unpaid balance that I had already cleared. Thankfully, I had my receipt and bank transaction as proof of payment. Despite these issues, there were several kind and helpful employees, especially Anne Marie from the gift shop, as well as the older receptionist, bellboy, janitor, and other restaurant staff. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement. I would consider staying again.

They need to improve the breakfast by offering more variety. Also, staff in the restaurant requires training on client satisfaction.

Poor Management with the booking online

i arrived at the hotel after making a reservation and paid online, unfortunately, the receptionist was not able to pull out my reservation in their system, i have to pay in cash to be admitted to the hotel. The situation was so embarrassing for me.
