"The hotel was very good, which is what you would expect from the Radisson name. The only small issue was some confusion about the airport transfer. Since there are two Radisson hotels located relatively close to the airport, both or neither should offer an airport transfer. Unfortunately, only one does, and I ended up taking the transfer to the wrong hotel."

"Nice place located in a quiet suburb of Zurich and about 10 minutes from the airport. Our room was incredibly spacious for 4 guests and clean. There is a bar and a restaurant downstairs, which was very convenient for dinner. Downside was that the loft area for the kids is quite small and we had the window open since there is no air conditioning. "They could be a little more accommodating with the small things. Like complimentary detergent for those who need to clean their clothes. But then again it’s Zürich. Also I did an early checkout but they charged me an additional fee which I didn’t like but whatever. Felt very safe. Very close to bus, tram and train stations. Made getting around very easy. It’s literally 1-2 stops from Zurich Hauptbahnhof. "

"Customer service was excellent "

"I love the room it was so clean! The only thing I don’t like the lights in the hallway turned off at night. It will automatically turned off its like a sensor thing. The service was good. When we asked for roll away bed it came immediately. The buffet restaurant feels like a fine dining. The food was great. All in all we are satisfied! "

"Do not miss staying here - especially if you have kids! What a cute little inn with the BEST most friendly staff, great breakfast and the best part - the playgrounds for the kids - indoor and outdoors! The train stop into town is literally a 3 min walk away and there’s a grocery store 1 min away which was the cherry on top! Highly recommend booking Chärnsmatt if you’re visiting the Luzern area! "
