The hotel itself is undermaintained: without any signs, no elevator, but plenty of stairs, some broken and malfunctioning gear. Numero de téléphone qui n'est plus attribué, pas de site internet, une page instagram pas alimenté depuis un moment... 5h après je recois un message d'hotel.com me disant que l'hotel a du annulé ma réservation et que cela peut arriver. C'est une honte."
