"The property is located in a very good location. The staff are friendly, and the room was comfortable and well maintained. However, the bathroom feels outdated and is in need of an upgrade. A bathtub alone is no longer sufficient for modern hotels unless it is complemented by a proper walk-in shower.
I was also disappointed with the breakfast options for vegetarians, which were very limited. As a family of four, with two vegetarians, we had expected a little more anticipation and consideration from the restaurant team regarding our dietary preferences.
I understand that vegetarian options in Vietnam may not always cater well to Indian guests, so we did not raise any concerns during our stay. That said, I would like to commend the doorman, pool staff, and front office team, who were all warm, courteous, and provided excellent service throughout our visit."
