"We spent 4 nights at the hotel. The breakfasts were varied and well cooked, eggs to order. We had an accessible room which had a very well appointed bathroom. The bed wasn't as firm as we would like as my husband needs something firmer to be able to turn during the night and for support getting out of bed. We raised this with Victor who was extremely helpful. He was unable to change the mattress as all the others were the same but he swiftly got housekeeping to turn the bed for us. This did...
